MULHOLLAND AMERICAN WHISKEY
100 Proof (50% ABV)
The fresh scents of vanilla bean, sweet corn, and maple mesh together with a hint of baking spice on the nose. The first sip, rich but not cloying, suggests oak with dried fruit and a hint of herbal rye. A smooth and easy finish of caramel, toffee, and rye lingers on the palate. It’s this interplay between sweet and spice that gives our American Whiskey its signature profile. Mash bill: 94% corn, 4% rye, and 2% malted barley. -100 proof-

*We don’t filter our Whiskey in order to preserve the true, essential flavors. Some natural charcoal sediment may occur from our charred oak barrels. You can strain it out with a coffee filter if you like, but it’s harmless and delicious. Cheers!
DUKE KENTUCKY BOURBON
ABV 44% (88 Proof)
The opening is sweet yet subtle charred oak, roast nuts,
saddle leather, hints of vanilla, a whiff of nutmeg and a slight hint of pepper with faint hint of treacle toffee and crème caramel. Mid palate provides some pepper spice and earthy balance with a slight hint of charred meats, a deeply satisfying robust sweetness combined with oak.
Finishing with a deeply satisfying richness and sweetness in perfect combination.
SONOMA DISTILLING RYE
93 Proof (ABV 46%)
Sonoma Bourbon and Sonoma Rye are reminiscent of a more traditional style of whiskey. These uniquely robust and full-bodied expressions are the result of double distillation process in handmade copper pot stills.
This is Premium California Whiskey.
