Fresh California Orange, Lime & Lemon Peel; Sage, Coriander, Star Anise,
Lavender Superior, Lemongrass, Cardamom, Juniper, Jamaican Pimenta (Allspice) & Japanese Cherry Blossoms, creates a complex, yet balanced gin ideal
for crafted martinis, classic negronis or just sipping on the rocks.
COCKTAILS
Room101 Corpse Reviver
1.5 oz. Room101 Gin
1 oz. Lillet blanc
1 oz. Cointreau
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 dash of Absinthe
Orange Peel for Garnish
Shake all ingredients together in an ice-filled shaker & strain into a Martini or Coupe
glass. Garnish with an Orange Peel.
Room101 Cucumber Gincident
2.5 oz. Room101 Gin
1 oz. Simple Syrup
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
Dash of Celery Bitters
Cucumber
Muddle cucumber with simple syrup & Lemon juice in a mixing tin. Add Room101 Gin,
ice and shake well. Strain into Martini glass & garnish with a cucumber slice.
Room101 L.A. Sunset
1.5 oz. Room101 Gin
0.5 oz. Simple Syrup
0.5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1⁄2 Squeezed Grapefruit
Champagne
Combine all ingredients except Champagne, in a mixing glass with ice. Shake & strain
into a Coupe glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with a lemon peel.
Room101 Watermelon Cooler
2 oz. Room101 Gin
0.5 oz. Elderflower Liqueur
0.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 cup Fresh Watermelon
4 Basil Leaves
Muddle basil & watermelon in bottom of a shaker. Add ice and all other ingredients to
the shaker. Shake and strain into a goblet. Garnish with a basil leaf.
