Under its guiding light and in the shadow of the Hale Mahina Mountains, known as “House of the Moon”, Mahina Premium Rum is made from sweet molasses and island ingredients resulting in a premium spirit reminiscent of Hawaii’s history.

Hali’imaile Distilling Company is a craft distillery utilizing local Maui
ingredients to create quality spirits. Sustainability, community, ‘ohana, and

TASTING NOTES

Light notes of sugar cane and rock candy are following by hydrating young
coconut with a hint of toasted coconut rounding out the finish.
